KEVIN LYNCH, LLB

Kevin Lynch obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1987.  He practiced law as a partner at Bennett Jones LLP, one of Canada’s largest and leading business law firms, until his resignation in December 2021.  During his years in private practice, Kevin was a highly-regarded, respected, senior corporate lawyer and a trusted advisor for corporations, financial institutions, and private equity enterprises who primarily operate within the oil-field, forestry and commercial real estate sectors.  He continues to apply his corporate governance knowledge and experience as an appointed member of the Board of Directors of Imperial Equites Inc., a TSX-listed commercial real estate company.

Kevin is the Senior Vice President with Grow Lending Group Inc. He is cautious and diligent with respect to his review of lending deals and provides invaluable guidance and expertise in assessing, structuring, and negotiating some of Grow Lending Group’s most complex loans. Kevin also assists in the creation and drafting of security documents and the structuring of the legal aspects for Grow’s most complex lending deals.
