- To take advantage of bulk pricing or a sale offer by a supplier
- Purchasing additional farmland that may be strategic to the farmer or that may need to be purchased quickly in order to take advantage of an opportunity (e.g., an estate sale or a neighbour wanting to sell)
Our experts understand the agriculture industry. In certain circumstances, we can find a lender willing to finance 100% of the purchase price in order for the farmer to take advantage of a buying opportunity, so long as the farmer has equity in land or other available security.
