Andrew Hunka is the General Manager and Principal Broker of Grow Lending Group Inc., and a licensed Dealing Representative in Alberta, BC, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan with Rethink & Diversify Securities Inc.

As a licensed Mortgage Broker, Andrew has the training and certification with the Real Estate Council of Alberta to deal in mortgages in Alberta. As a licensed Dealing Representative, Andrew has the training, certification, and experience to engage with investors to help them determine the appropriateness of investing in exempt products, employ business development activities to attract new investors and maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of offerings to present investment offerings to prospective investors.

Andrew has built strong relationships with industry professionals and has participated in raising capital for private lending loans ranging from $70,000 to $14,000,000. Andrew is highly regarded by his colleagues and clients alike for his professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, which was recognized by his receipt of the prestigious Dale Carnegie Highest Award for Achievement.

Andrew is active in the Edmonton community, volunteering his spare time for the Mustard Seed and delivering Christmas presents for Santas Anonymous for the past 20 years.
